HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
You can fill out an intake request form. After that, I will reach out to you within one to two business days to set up a time for us to discuss starting therapy.
ARE SESSIONS VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON?
I currently only offer Telehealth therapy.
HOW MUCH DOES THERAPY COST?
Individual sessions are $180 per individual session. All sessions are 50 minutes in length and are billed at the time of service. I do not bill insurance. However, I provide you with a superbill at the end of each session that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Forms of payment include all major debit and credit cards.
WHAT IS A SUPERBILL?
A superbill is a type of receipt that includes the appropriate codes and payments. You can submit the paperwork to your insurance company for reimbursement. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

Yes! I keep one sliding scale spots in my calendar at all times. Please reach out with any questions regarding sliding scale availability/waitlist.
